Just a Dram guarantees the authenticity and quality of all products you buy from us 100%. In the unlikely event where you discovered leakage or if the ullage is lower than the indicated mark on the bottle, please contact us immediately and we will resend you a replacement of the bottle. If half of the set or more is contaminated by the leaked bottle or has indicated a leakage, we will send you a replacement of the whole set. Of course we will also pay for shipping.
However, please be aware that you are still responsible for any additional duty, taxes, tariffs or fees levied derive from the replacement shipment due to legal reason. And of course, all international shipping policy still applies.
Alternately, we can issue a partial or full refund (depend on your case) instead of a reshipment if you do not want to deal with another shipment due to further delay or further implied taxes or duty for international orders.
Please note that if your shipment is lost, damaged, seized by customs or is not delivered to you due to any reason, we are not responsible for these situation. However, we will try our best to assist you in filing a claim for insurance.

A 20% restocking fee will be deduct from the refund.
