What carrier do you use?
We use Hong Kong Postal Service as our primary carrier. In special cases, we will also use UPS or Fedex for express or replacement shipment.
is tracking available for standard shipping?
Yes. All our shipping method comes with end to end online tracking.
how long doest shipping need?
Depend on location. However, it usually take around 7-14 days for standard shipping. For express shipping, please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page.
What happen if my shipment is lost?
We have full insurance paid for all of our international shipment. If you are a local customer, we will reimburse your payment or resend you another product. If you are an international customer, we will help you claim the insurance.
do i need to pay any duty or tax?
In short, YES. If you are a local customer, there will be no tax applied to you. If you are an international customer, you are require to pay the tax, duty or other fees levied for importing the product to your country.
how do you declare my shipment?
We declare all shipment as “Whiskies” or “Alcoholic Products” with its true purchase value unless otherwise requested by the customer.
I just found out the tax I need to pay is too high, what should I do?
You can do one of two things. You can choose to reject the delivery and send it back to us, restock fee and return shipment payment will be applied to you. You can also choose to give up on the shipment simply if you choose to.
Return and Exchange
i had misplaced and order, what should i do?
If we have not dispatch your order yet, please contact us ASAP in order for us to stop the order from shipment. If we have already dispatch the shipment, we are very sorry but there is nothing we can do.
i believe you had sent the wrong product to me, what should i do?
Please contact us immediately. Once we confirm it is our fault, we will send you the correct product. Free of charge of course.
I believe I received a Defected product, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately with proof of the defect. Once we confirm the defect, we will send you the replacement product. Free of charge of course.
I want to refund the product to you, what should I do?
You can contact us within 14 days you receive the shipment. You can mail us back the product if you want. A 20% restock fee will be applied during the refund process.
How do I get the refund?
We can only refund the amount with the original payment method.
How heavy are the products actually?
Each single bottle weigh around 90 grams. For a full set with packaging, it weigh around 1 kilogram.
Is there any age restriction?
Under the law of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, it is illegal for us to sell alcoholic product to anyone under the age of 18. Therefore, you must be over 18 to purchase from us.
What is the volume for each bottle?
The standard bottle volume is 3cl (30ml). However, there might be some bottle variation due to our hand bottling process. Our maximum tolerance will be 10%.
I see you have those tasting note with the packaging, where are the information from?
All our information are either retrieve from the distillery or created by our malt master.
Purchasing Channel and Payment
How can i pay online?
We accept all major card issuer cards including but not limited to Visa, Master, AE, Apple Pay, Android Pay etc.
What other purchase channel can I choose?
You can choose to call or email us to place your order. Once we have confirmed your order, you can either pay online or bank transfer the fund to us.
The standard prize is a free mystery set from next season. The jackpot will be a gift certificate usable to purchase any of our products. The amount of the gift certificate will be publish on our challenge page.
how do i win?
You have to correctly determine what is in the bottle for the mystery set. For bottle 1-5, we will give you a choice from 30 bottles. For bottle 6, you are on you own.
where can i find out i had won?
You can find out here. We will post the winner’s name and region of residence to help you identify yourself.
The SVN should be on the back of the information kit. If you still cannot find the SVN, please contact us and provide your order number to us. Once we had confirmed your order, we will reassign a new SVN for you.
what are the content in the bottle?

I want to change the recipient address, what should I do?
Please contact us via email and give us the new address and the order number. We will guide you through the rest once we had receive those information.
When will I get my subscription?
For bi-weekly subscriber, we will dispatch your set every first and third Wednesday every month. For monthly subscriber, we will dispatch your set on the first Wednesday every month. For tri-monthly subscriber, we will dispatch your set on the first Wednesday on March, June, September and December.
I would like to change or upgrade my plan, what should I do?
Please contact us via email and state your intention. We will guide you through the rest once we had receive those information.
I would like to cancel my plan, what should I do?
If we haven't dispatch your first issue, please contact us ASAP. Cancelation is not possible after we had dispatch your first issue.
I would like to renew my plan, what should I do?
You can simply place another subscription order through our site. We will not auto-renew any subscription under any circumstances.
I had joined the master's selection plan and received an email about my preference but i lost it, where can i find the link to the form?
You can click here to fill in the preference form.
How long do I need to order before my wedding?
Depends on the package you order. Our advice is no less than 3 months for package 1-3 and 4 months for package 4-5.
How many bottles do I need?
Your total number of guest times 1.5 is our advice. Since some guest might request another one from you since its such a nice gift and you would like to save some for your anniversary, a 1.5 times margin is the way to go. (i.e. 300 guest, purchase 450 bottles)
Which package should I get?
This is really up to you but we suggest package 4-5 any day since not only it is a product, it will be an memorable experience for you and your other half and anything that make your wedding special is worth a shot in our opinion.
I want more than 600 bottles, what should I do?
Wow, your wedding must be huge. Contact us directly and we will work something out for you! (As long as you are not ordering 1000000 bottles, we think we can deal with it. Okay maybe not 999999 bottles also.)
I need them faster, what should I do?
You can contact us and pay for the express order option. It will be a 30% premium but we will guarantee your delivery date and shorten the process by 4 weeks.
I live outside of Hong Kong, can you still make it for me?
Sure. It will be our pleasure to create the wedding favor for you anywhere. However, all international order terms and condition will still applied and you need to pay for all tax and duty if applicable. For the blending workshop, we will conduct it via video conference software and will send you the equipment you need in advance.
Gift Certificate (Card)
What is the minimum amount I need to buy?
The minimum amount is HKD 300.
Can I return the gift card?
If you are the recipient, no. If you are the purchaser, as long as your recipient did not used any of the fund on it, you can. However, you will need to gain access to the gift card code received by the recipient for us to issue a return.
What can I buy with the gift card?
Anything you can find on our website except any gift card. (Come on, buying gift card with gift card is just silly.)
